Shipping & Returns
Once Buckler receives payment for an item, it typically takes 24-48 hours for the item to be shipped. Buckler currently ships items only within the United States.
To be eligible for return, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Buckler does not pay shipping costs for returns, and for the safety of our employees, we cannot accept any packages without a return address -- we destroy any packages we receive that do not have a return address visible on the outside of the package. Please include the order number and your reason for returning the merchandise. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Buckler will provide a refund for any items that are in their original condition and packaging, or for any items that are defective or under warranty, subject to an evaluation by the manufacturer. Non-defective items that have been used, or that are no longer in their original condition and packaging, are not eligible for return. Personalized gloves and customized gloves are also not eligible for return.
Refunds will be credited for the purchase price and any applicable taxes, and reimbursement will be issued according to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to be processed and for your account to be credited accordingly.
Within the same model or series, items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that items are in their original condition and packaging. Non-defective items that have been used, or that are no longer in their original condition and packaging, are not eligible for exchange. Buckler will cover the costs of shipping for all exchanges.
